The project focuses on the implementation in “Vaptech” Ltd. of an innovative process of intelligent monitoring, prevention and predictive technical support of hydro and electromechanical equipment based on data from “Semiconductor element of Hall with parallel axis of sensitivity”, which is its own patented innovation, developed jointly with a scientific organisation and representing a novelty worldwide. The sensor will be integrated into the main nodes of the equipment that the company installs with the customer, and thanks to its significantly improved characteristics, it allows optimal monitoring of the behaviour of the equipment by measuring their physical parameters. This will lead to an innovative process of intelligent monitoring, prevention and predictive technical maintenance of hydro and electromechanical facilities with accurate and timely prediction of emergency situations before they occur. The project envisages the provision of the necessary assets and knowledge transfer in order to incorporate the use of the invention into the activity of the applicant and, respectively, to implement an innovative process of intelligent monitoring. The implementation of the project will lead to an expansion of the capacity of an existing establishment to offer monitoring and servicing services for hydro and electromechanical equipment, which will be significantly improved on the basis of an innovative process through a new invention. With the implementation of the project, the following effects will be realised, both for the company’s customers and in terms of the effectiveness of Vaptech: 1)reduction of maintenance costs and plant stoppages due to accidents;2)realised planned preventive shutdowns of HPPs and other plants at times that will generate the least loss;3)enhancing efficiency and security of equipment;(4)extended lifetime;5)minimised risks for negative environmental impacts;6)increased sales and financial result.
