Increasing energy efficiency in “Vaptech” Ltd.

This project is aimed at expanding the activity of Vaptech Ltd. and reducing the energy consumption of the production processes, by purchasing new equipment, which will increase the production capacity of the company and improve its energy efficiency. The project aims to introduce highly efficient, energy-saving machines to expand the production of parts for hydropower equipment. The new machines will significantly shorten the deadlines for execution of orders due to their significantly higher production performance. They will allow to produce more production in a shorter time and with lower energy consumption, leading to an expansion of the production volume of the main products of the company. For the realisation of its plans, the company plans to replace the old energy inefficient equipment with new high-tech and energy efficient equipment for the production of parts. More specifically, the company intends to purchase and put into operation the following high-tech equipment:- CNC lathe — 2 pcs. — CNC vertical machine center 1 pcs. — 5 — Axis center — 1 pcs. — Filter unit (motor pump with filter housing) for filtering spent oil 1 pcs. — System for recovery of waste heat for domestic needs — 1 pcs. The project also provides for the introduction of an ISO 50001 energy management system for more efficient management of energy flows in the enterprise.All measures planned for implementation under the project are the result of a targeted energy audit. In addition, the project provides for the mandatory financial audit and your audit.
