The current project provides for the purchase of a new high-efficiency crushing-fresh installation (Measure 1), a new quarry chain excavator (Measure 2), 2 new wheeled wheeled loaders (Measure 3) and a new articulated arc (Measure 4). All assets will be used by the candidate’s production site of the quarry “Terry”, Oshane village, region. The planned purchase in Measure 1 of the energy audit has a total installed capacity of 614 kW (224 kW diesel engine and 390 kW electric motors). The average productivity of the new installation is 400 t/h fractions produced and the total energy consumption (e.g. power and diesel) is 1 282 410 kWh/year. The chain excavator recommended by Measure 2 of the survey will have a diesel engine with a power of 202 kW and an average performance of 650 t/h. The excavator will be equipped with a reinforced tooth bucket. the volume of which will be 2.2 cubic meters. The energy consumption of the new equipment after its commissioning will amount to 359 550 kWh/year. The project also foresees the purchase of 2 new wheeled wheeled loaders (Measure 3). Each of them will have a diesel engine with a power of 225 kW, an average productivity of 650 tons/h and a bucket volume of 4.5 cubic meters. The energy consumption of the new equipment after its commissioning will amount to 647 190 kWh/year. Measure 4 of the energy audit foresees the integration into the production process of the company of a new articulated damp. The machine will have a diesel engine with a power of 246 kW, an average performance of 435 t/h and a body volume of 18 cubic meters. The energy consumption of the Dumpers after its commissioning will be 323 595 kWh/year. The project will have a period of 24 months and will total BGN 4 894 900.00 excluding VAT.
