Raster Yug Ltd. specialises in the field of construction and one of its activities is construction and reconstruction of residential, administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The increasingly widespread entry into this market has led to the company’s fundamental need to date, namely to improve the professional skills and knowledge of employees. Meeting this need is also one of the main objectives of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the activities foreseen under the project:1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training and digital competence;2. Selection of training organisation;3. Training in the profession “Construction”, KOD 582030, specialty “External cladding and flooring”, CODE 5820307 will be possible to achieve the general objective of the project. The expected results of its implementation are to increase the knowledge and skills of the employees and hence their adaptability and competitiveness. The target group, which will be included in the project, is 60 employees in the candidate company, at least 50 % of them will meet at least one of the requirements: during the implementation of the project and the included activities Raster Yug Ltd. will use the experience gained over the years in the implementation of such activities and will ensure strict compliance with the horizontal principles of OP HRD — equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
