Danube Press JSC has been using new production equipment in recent years, which helps to increase the production capacity of the company. The new equipment in the implementation of the activities led to the main need of the company at the moment, namely improving the professional skills and knowledge and digital competences of the employees. Meeting this need is also one of the main objectives of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the activities foreseen under the project:1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training and digital competence;2. Selection of training organisation;3. Training in part of the profession “Poligraphist” and part of the profession “Economist-informatics”;4. Digital competence training will be possible to achieve the overall objective of the project. The expected results of its implementation are to increase the knowledge and skills of the employees and hence their adaptability and competitiveness. The target group, which will be included in the project, is 120 employees in the candidate company, and at least 50 % of them will meet at least one of the requirements: during the implementation of the project and the activities included in it, Danube Press AD will use the experience gained over the years in the implementation of such activities and will ensure strict compliance with the horizontal principles of OP HRD — equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
