This project proposal brings together activities that contribute to the implementation of two of the measures set out in the Roadmap for implementation of the updated strategy for the development of the e-government in the Republic of Bulgaria 2019-2023 (Measure 25 “Rea-Lifing of e-Office for Administration” and Measure 28 “Advancing the cloud system for automation of in-house processes in municipal and district administrations”). The project “Cloudal e-services for administration”, centrally through the implementation of an automation platform, which will operate on the infrastructure of the FCW, will ensure the following: •reengineering and automation of work processes related to the performance of general administrative functions in the central administration and processes related to the provision of administrative services by the district and municipal administrations; • Integration with horizontal and centralised e-government systems, as well as with specialised systems of the relevant administrative authority; • the implementation of a Catalogue of services “e-administration”, in which automated workflows will be available;Due to the specificity of the functioning of the administration, as well as the large number of administrative structures and units, the analysis, optimisation and automation of the workflows will be carried out in two separate activities, aimed respectively at:-administration of central bodies of the executive (Art. 19, paragraph 2 of the ZA) and the administrations of the regional governors (Article 19(3)(1) ZA) — abbreviated ‘central and regional administration’ — for the State Agency for Europe and one regional administration; — administrations of the mayors of municipalities and districts (Article 19(3)(1) ZA) — abbreviated ‘municipal administration’ — for three municipal administrations (incl. Sofia Municipality as the largest municipality in Bulgaria).
