The 2016 ADBFA signed between the Managing Authority of OPTTI and NRIC SE under project No BG16M1OP001-5001-0002-C04 provided a resource for monthly salaries, social and health insurance, missions and participation in specialised trainings for the staff of the SEIP Directorate engaged in programming, preparation, implementation, monitoring and control of railway projects co-financed by OPTTI 2014-2020. The training sessions ended in April 2020 and the components for monthly salaries, insurances and mission expenses will continue until 31/12/2020, as all the free resources of the project have been redirected to provide remuneration for the SEIP Directorate. The main part of the railway projects co-financed by OPTTI will be implemented in the period up to 31/12/2023, as well as the activities to prepare the upcoming programming period with funding from the OPTS. Therefore, the same commitment of the employees of the Directorate SREP will continue without change — for successful implementation and completion of OPTTI and preparation of OPTS, and subsequently, in parallel and through a smooth transition — towards full funding from the OPTS. In this context, this project is expected to continue the financial support from OPTTI to ensure the conditions for the implementation of the functions of the Directorate of the SISIP for programming, preparation, management, monitoring and control of the implementation of the projects, as well as maintaining adequate administrative capacity of the staff of the Directorate through the following activities: Action 1: Monthly remuneration, insurance and benefitsAction 2: Mission expensesAction 3: Participation in trainings related to the areas of activity of the SEIP Directorate
