The project provides for the design, construction, delivery and implementation of an integrated information system (ICS) in BPIH. The objective and concrete practical application of the IIS in BPIH as a beneficiary of OPTTI is to strengthen and improve the efficiency of the administrative capacity work in all structural units of the enterprise through better information provision at all levels, as well as reduction of the use of paper documents. At present, several independent information systems operate in BIP. The IIS offers a wide range of functionalities and integrates all specialised systems used so far, replacing them with a single software system, logically divided into modules and working with one database, so that the different structural units of BPII can exchange, share and change information more easily in the presence of the respective authorisation rights. This eliminates the errors of transmission and re-entry. The implementation of IIS will be a basis necessary for improving the overall administrative capacity of the beneficiary and will support the preparation, successful implementation and management of BPII projects under OPTTI. The IIS will be a tool to identify the needs of BIEA for specific investments in certain areas of the enterprise’s activities. The system will provide an interface with: BPII’s GIS, External Invoice Processing System, BPII Business System, Bank Software, ISUN2020, as well as a Public Procurement Management Platform. Project activities:1.Preparation of Analysis and Technical Specification; 2.Services for design, implementation and maintenance of IIS; 3. Supply and construction of hardware infrastructure; 4.Licensing of application software and databases; 5.Information and publicity; 6.Control and support of BPIH in the implementation of IIS and 7.Project management. The implementation period of the project with system maintenance included is 37 months (from 2016 to 2019).
