This project proposal includes a set of general and specialised trainings for BPIH employees in relation to the preparation, implementation, management and monitoring of OPTTI projects, moderated workshops on specialised and general management topics, as well as study visits for exchange of experience and good practices. Following an open procedure under the Public Procurement Act, a contractor will be selected and will be awarded the following activities: Activity 1. Conducting general and specialised trainings, workshops and study visits for BPIH employees with the following sub-activities: Sub-activity 1.1. Conducting trainings on common topics related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of OPTTI projects; Sub-activity 1.2. Conducting trainings on specialised topics related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of OPTTI projects; Sub-activity 1.3. Conducting workshops on topics related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of projects under OPTTI and sub-activity 1.4. Study visits for exchange of experience and good practices. The Contractor will also be responsible for the implementation of Action 3. Information and communication, as it is directly linked to the implementation of the trainings. It is foreseen that the implementation of the project is 29 months, which includes preparation of tender documentation, selection of contractor and implementation of the trainings.
