The technical assistance project includes the provision of financial resources for: Activity 1 — Organising and conducting trainings to improve the qualification of the employees of the Agency working on projects under OPTTI 2014-2020, including specialised trainings under the Public Procurement Act; information and publicity/presentational and communication skills; financial implementation and closure for projects of operational programmes; development, management, monitoring and reporting of the implementation of projects under programmes co-financed by ESIF, as well as trainings under Auto CAD, Activity 2 — Improvement of the facilities, including the purchase of equipment needed by the staff of the Agency, including delivery of new computer and peripheral equipment, server configuration, communication and other electronic equipment, consumables.Action 3 — Optimisation of an existing site/development of an online system for publishing information, related to the Agency’s activities, improving the visualisation of the data provided on the site and used by end-users (shipowners, etc.) Action 4 — Project Management, including support for the preparation of the Operational Programme 2014-2020 with the preparation of a Manual of Procedures of the beneficiary for the implementation of projects under OPTTI 2014-2020The expenditure necessary to provide the financial resources in connection with the implementation of the activities is eligible and complies with the requirements of Council of Ministers Decree No 119/20.05.2014 for the adoption of rules on eligibility of expenditure under operational programmes, co-financed by the ERDF, the ESF, the EU CF and the provisions of Regulation No 1303/2013, Regulation No 1304/2013, Regulation No 966/2012 and the applicable national legislation for the financial framework 2014-2020.The project will be implemented from 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2018, i.e. 24 months.
