The general objective of the project “Enhancing the professional qualification and key competences of the employees in Ingiliz Group Ltd.” is to increase the productivity of the labor and to create conditions for sustainable employment and development of the staff employed in Ingiliz Group Ltd. by conducting trainings to increase competences and professional qualifications. The project is in line with the specific objectives of the project selection procedure by increasing the ability of employees to face rapid changes in the labour market as a result of structural factors such as globalisation, technological change, population ageing, as it provides trainings for the acquisition of II and III vocational qualifications, trainings in Key Competence 2 — “Communication of Foreign Languages” and trainings under key competence 4 — “Digital Competence”.The activities envisaged under the project are aimed at increasing and updating the knowledge. the skills and competences of the persons employed in Ingiliz Group Ltd., by providing trainings for acquiring professional qualifications and key competences, as the achievement of the project results is directly related to the achievement of the set for investment priority 6 goals and indicators.
