The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Kalinel EOOD by optimising production and reducing energy consumption with the implementation of energy efficiency measures and introduction of systems for energy monitoring and energy management. The specific objectives of the project are: • Increase the production capacity of the enterprise by introducing new high-performance and energy efficient technological equipment for major production processes in the company • Optimising the technological process and improving resource efficiency in production 'by introducing a new energy efficient machine for recycling; • Increase the profits achieved by making energy and non-energy savings from the introduction of high-performance energy efficient equipment; • • Increase the revenues by increasing production and output on the domestic and external market as a result of increased production capacity and improved image and increase the trust of the company’s customers. The project foresees the implementation of 6 measures to improve the energy efficiency of the company recommended by an energy efficiency audit, as well as the introduction of an energy management system according to ISO standard 50 001.The project also includes audit and visualisation and publicity activities.With carrying out these activities, the following objectives and results will be achieved:-Planned energy savings for the entire enterprise with 50.31 %-Reduction of electricity consumption with 7 862 861 kWh on a visualisation and publicity basis.
