“SUPPORTING GREATER ADAPTABILITY OF EMPLOYEES AND BUSINESSES TO CHANGING ECONOMIC CONDITIONS”

The project will take the form of joint actions of the social partners in the process of developing and introducing new models and tools for adapting employees and enterprises in the selected economic spheres, as well as for expanding social dialogue. The project brings together the expertise of the Candidate, the Partner and the IA GIT (Associated Partner). The activities will support the implementation of social policy objectives and targets by developing and testing innovative tools for integrated improvement of Social Analysis and Social Dialogue, including working Green Models and Standards for Social Cooperation, drawing up roadmaps for improving industrial relations and increasing the adaptability of employees and enterprises to changing economic conditions. In the 10 economic areas identified at national level, there is a need to improve the working environment and work organisation in order to achieve higher productivity. The project will create innovative integrated tools to improve social cooperation. On-the-job training is foreseen in 100 enterprises through active participation of 2'000 employees, 24 regional conferences to present new systems, practices and tools for human resources management, and to improve working conditions in 100 enterprises — all project results will be subject to a preliminary and final impact assessment and will be made available for the benefit of the whole society. The planned creation of data sets containing the developed models and tools for the implementation of the social cooperation models are a good basis for building upon completion of the project by preparing a new project proposal for the development of a Social Cooperation Platform, which will be used free of charge by all stakeholders, including MLSP, and will help workers, employees and employers.
