The project proposal is aimed at the complete reconstruction, reconstruction and modernisation of a training complex of the Medical University of Sofia, branch “Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev” — Vratsa, which provides educational services in the priority field “Health care”. The following activities are planned to be carried out for the implementation of the project proposal: 1. Project organisation, management and accountability: 1.1. Setting up a management team; 1.2. Preparation and implementation of the necessary procedures for the selection of project contractors; 1.3. Administrative, financial and technical management, control and reporting of project activities; 2. Implementation of engineering: 2.1. Design; 2.2. Implementation of construction works for reconstruction, reconstruction, modernisation of the buildings of an educational complex; 2.3. Construction of new study halls and cabinets, library with reading room, gymnasium; 2.4. Implementation of the EJN prescribed in the reports of the energy monitoring of the buildings of the training complex and the achievement of the energy consumption class “B” for the three buildings; 2.5. Provided an accessible built environment for the three buildings in the training complex, through the construction of a lift for disabled people, mobile platforms and ramps; 2.6. Exercise of author’s supervision; 3. Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of the engineering: 3.1. Conformity assessment of the investment project; 3.2. Carrying out construction supervision during construction; 4. Putting the construction into service in accordance with the procedure laid down in the legislation; 5. Supply of equipment and furniture: 5.1. Delivery and installation of furniture; 5.2.Production, delivery and installation of stationary furniture; 5.3. Delivery and installation of equipment cabinets and training rooms; 5.4. Delivery of medical equipment cabinets and training rooms; 6.Providing publicity and visualisation of the project to ensure publicity and inform the public about the EU’s financial contribution to the implementation of the project
