The project proposal “Good and safe working conditions in Metalik” JSC is aimed at all employees, focusing on improving their working environment, by creating better conditions for rest, eating and resting and improving the safety of working conditions and health care, by providing more modern, better health-protection and more comfortable working, workwear and protective shoes. The company has the strategic objective of increasing its competitiveness and protecting the environment, improving working conditions, creating conditions for reducing accidents at work and occupational diseases of its staff, which are also the main objectives of this project proposal.
