Increasing energy efficiency in Metalik AD

This project is aimed at expanding the activity of Metalik AD and reducing the energy consumption of the production processes, by purchasing new technological production equipment in the industrial system, thereby increasing the production capacity of the company and improving its energy efficiency. The new machines will significantly shorten order execution times due to significantly higher production performance. They will allow to produce more production in a shorter time and with lower energy consumption, leading to an expansion of the production volume of the company’s main products. For the realisation of its plans, the company plans to renew the old energy inefficient equipment with new high-tech and energy efficient equipment for the production of heavy and light metal structures, lifting and transportation facilities, non-standard energy equipment and large body parts and facilities. More specifically, the company intends to purchase and put into service the following high-tech equipment:- Plasmo-cutting machine with drilling head 1pcs — 5 axis horizontally — vertical machine 1pcs — Automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption in Metalik AD 1pcs. All measures planned for implementation under the project are the result of a targeted energy audit.
