The project focuses on the individual needs of students and the development of their abilities and abilities in selected areas and to increase their success and retention in the education system. A mechanism for differentiated funding of school curricula has been developed on the basis of leading and complementary indicators by group: general education; profiled and professional; it’s a special one. They will receive different funding and ratio of extracurricular activities (IS). The mechanism is an integral part of the project proposal. The project will create school mechanisms to identify: (1) the individual interests of the students for their inclusion in their preferred ID; (2) educational deficits of pupils and compulsory activities in which they encounter difficulties in their education; and (3) inter-school initiatives and performances, contributing to the development and presentation of acquired knowledge and skills and increasing self-esteem. As a result, the organisation and implementation of three IS groups is expected: (1) by interest; (2) to overcome educational deficits; and (3) inter-school activities. The schools will be supported by joint activities with representatives of the parent community, municipalities, NGOs, higher education institutions and other stakeholders. This will increase students’ motivation to participate in the educational process and ensure transparency in the choice of IDs. The organisation of public events provides students with the opportunity to express their abilities and skills, to present and promote the achievements in IS. The selection and implementation of the IS is carried out through a model of public monitoring, ensuring transparency and publicity in decision-making. Its realisation includes the creation of: (1) an electronic platform supporting the selection of IDs, and (2) public monitoring advice to schools — Your Hour Advice. The results of the project will be promoted through awareness and publicity activities.
