In implementation of Action 6 ‘Providing external expertise and technical assistance in support of the management and implementation of OPE 2014-2020’ of the Strategic Plan for Technical Assistance of OPE 2014-2020, the budget line will contribute to:- Provision of expert support from the European Investment Bank in implementing projects for the construction of WSS infrastructure under OPE 2014-2020 by WIC operators in 16 consolidated areas, with a view to ensuring the fulfilment of statutory obligations to achieve full compliance of agglomerations with more than 10,000 ECEs with the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC.In line with the requirements of OPE 2014-2020, the preparation and implementation of the EQU is based on the preparation and implementation of the regional management sector, which is based on the management of the sector in the water sector, which is effectively supported by the management of the water sector, which is supported by the management of the sector in the area of water, which is effectively supported by the management and implementation of OPE 2014-2020.
