This project proposal aims to improve the working environment in Multitest Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of the workplaces and to positively affect the productivity of the company’s work. The project will purchase means for collective protection of personnel from hazardous radioactive ionising radiation to improve the safety of the technological process when working with “hot camera” — articulation manipulators, and will provide visualisation and publicity and organisation and management of the project. The project’s activities will improve the measures implemented in terms of environmental protection, climate change policy and implementation of the requirements of EU and national legislation in these areas. The implementation of the project will solve the identified problems of the target groups. Through the implementation of the project we will contribute to the implementation of Priority Axis 1 “Improving access to employment and quality of jobs” under Operational Programme “Human Resources Development 2014-2020” in particular investment priority 7 “Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change” and its specific objective “Increasing the number of employees in enterprises with new systems, practices and tools for human resources development and improvement of the organisation and working conditions”.
