The present project "Enhancing the skills and competences of the employees of "MULTITEST" Ltd. foresees the implementation of specific trainings to increase the competencies and the adequacy of the skills of the company’s employees carrying out technical tests and analyses. Training will increase skills and competences and create conditions for sustainable professional development for 10 employees, supporting lifelong learning processes and improving the quality of the workforce. Through the specific trainings provided by the ultrasonic control method with phased arrays and during the diffraction method for ultrasonic control, the company will implement new services in the field of high-tech methods of non-destructive control and will continue its research and development. Employees will learn innovative knowledge, part of the “skills of the future”. By providing access to the innovative specific trainings of its employees, the company aims to ensure the link between the requirements of the labour market and the necessary skills that should be possessed in order to achieve a competitive and evolving knowledge-based economy. The expected results include a substantial increase in the skills and competences of employees to cope with daily tasks in the workplace, the acquisition of modern competences applicable to their work functions.
