The tasks related to the preparation and implementation of the scholarship programme are planned for the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 July 2021. The survey related to the survey of potential pupils eligible for the scholarship programme took place during the period 24-27 October 2016. The processing of the data and the evaluation of the results were carried out with the deadline of 18 November 2016 by examining the current situation. We set a deadline of 31 December 2016 for the completion of the feasibility study and the necessary additional studies and opinions. For this period, we plan to establish the methodological framework of the scholarship programme by developing concepts and objective criteria for the award of scholarships (calls for proposals and evaluations), the mentor programme, as well as the awards of scholarships and mentors. In addition, during this period, we intend to promote the scholarship programme through marketing and communication services in order to reach prospective applicants more widely. Once the mentor programme has been accredited, we plan the selection/appointment of mentors (40 persons), their preparation and certification. According to our plans, 15 May 2017 is the deadline for launching a grant application for students. We plan to compile the institutional framework agreements as well as the templates for the contracts by 30 June 2017. We plan to set a date of 3 July 2017 as the deadline for the submission of grant applications, for potential students for the 2017/2018 academic year. According to our plans, students can apply and submit applications via an electronic interface, where they will be able to upload the necessary documentation and certificates at the same time. As an application condition, we plan, among other things, to stipulate that students pursuing vocational secondary/vocational secondary school studies will be eligible for scholarships from the academic year in which, in respect of the professional qualifications listed in the call for applications, they participate in state-sponsored, full-time, school-based vocational training and the average of study in the previous year reaches 3.01. The deadline for the evaluation of applications was set for the first time on 10 August 2017, which date was taken into account for the enrolment period required for public education (2017). 06. 22-24) in view of the fact that a school attendance certificate will be requested from the pupils submitting the application. Thereafter, we plan to carry out the tendering procedure on an annual basis, in accordance with the school years, in relation to the needs encountered and the progress made in the use of funds. We set a deadline of 31 July 2017 for the establishment of an evaluation committee in the scholarship programme. Following the identification of the students participating in the scholarship programme, the deadline for concluding the contracts was scheduled for 15 September 2017 with the successful applicants of the scholarship programme. Given that we plan to carry out the tendering procedure on an annual basis, the contract with new successful candidates is scheduled annually, with the deadline of 31 August of that year. With the institutions participating in the scholarship programme, we set a deadline of 4 September 2017 for the conclusion of institutional agreements and mentoring agreements. In view of the funding available for scholarships, the duration of the grant is planned for 3 full academic years (30 months), which allows for the simultaneous support of 2,972 students depending on the number of successful applications, with a monthly envelope of 117 million. With this scheme, students who meet the eligibility criteria can receive a grant of HUF 40000 per month for the duration of their professional studies, above 3.01 study averages. The amount given includes the social contribution tax provided for by the legislation in force. We intend to pay the scholarship to the student by transferring it to a bank account in his/her own name. In determining the amount of the grant, we took into account the provisions of the tender notice, according to which the monthly amount of the nursing grant may not exceed 252/2016 on the scholarship for vocational education and training. (VIII.24.) Government Decree (given that it repealed Government Decree 328/2009 (XII.29) included in the invitation to tender) twice the maximum amount. Candidate pupils who continue their vocational education at the same time receive a grant under Government Decree No 297/2015 (X.13) and receive a supplementary scholarship only. For the KMR region, 891 people and 2081 persons in the convergence regions can be supported at the same time by our planned concept. The first payment was scheduled for October 2017. After that, we plan to grant a scholarship every month, until the 15th of the month following the reference month.
