Nesting program in Kiskőrös

In the course of the tender, we plan to renovate a total of 14 locally owned condominiums, each property is owned by the Municipality of Kiskőrös in 1/1, and the properties to be renovated are free of legal, burden-free and demand-free. The properties were built in the 1970s and 1980s, located in a convenient location in the city centre, currently not equipped with any furniture, household appliances, computers, etc. In the framework of the planned local services to help young people plan their careers, a job-seeking club, a series of lectures for students of 11 and 12 years studying in the public education institutions of the city, individual mentoring. Planned activities involving the target group, identifying local opportunities, values and capabilities and generating economic cooperation based on this: economic round table, involvement of target groups in local decision-making processes, presentation of the activities of local economic operators to sister settlements. Tailor-made preparation designed to participate in national and EU application programmes, the programmes are grouped around two themes: presentation of the methodology for entrepreneurship and application writing and application implementation to become self-employed. In the course of the task of continuing their own (documented) good practices supporting young people’s stay, or adapting (documented) good practices in other municipalities, we would like to present the best practice in the field to the 30 young people who are most active in the preparation of the Youth Action Plan. The aim of the programmes is to encourage young people to stay locally, to explore local values, to design personalised careers, to provide labour market knowledge, to become self-employed through the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the preparation of applications. In order to involve the target group, in addition to the mandatory information and public tasks, we plan a marketing campaign (posters, leaflets) and consider that the target group can best be reached through the world web to create a facebook page during the physical implementation of the project, where the target group will be kept informed about the programmes and will serve as an interactive forum during the preparation of the Youth Action Plan. Through the programmes, we plan to develop strategies based on broad social cooperation through dialogue between local institutions and associations and foundations, improving housing opportunities for young people after the renovation of housing, and the project aimed at reducing the migration schedule of the young generation.
