This project proposal aims to provide support to the process of deinstitutionalisation of care for older people and people with disabilities through the development of community-based services providing them with an independent and dignified life and full inclusion in society’s life. Its implementation is in line with the 2018-2021 Action Plan for the implementation of the National Strategy for Long-term Care and is part of the overall process of deinstitutionalisation of care for people with disabilities and the elderly and building alternative support in the community through the provision of quality and accessible long-term care services.When implementing the project proposal, it will reveal and provide for a period of 12 months social services of general economic interest of care for people with older people and older people and building alternative support in the community through the provision of quality and accessible long-term care services.In the implementation of the project proposal, social services will be revealed and provided for a period of 12 months social services from general economic interest to the care of persons with disabilities and the establishment of the following post-services for adult learning. In order to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and quality of service provision, rules for work and requirements governing the operation of the new services will be developed.In order to ensure transparency in the implementation of project activities and to promote the objectives and activities of the European Union, the European Social Fund, the HRD OP and the present project proposal, information and publicity activities will be carried out. The duration of the project will cover a period of 18 months.
