The Municipality of Szerencs intends to submit a proposal to provide young people with housing opportunities and to improve their housing conditions, as well as to implement (self-)employment programmes based on local opportunities. The target group of the project is young people aged 18 to 35 who live in the settlement or want to choose this settlement as a place of residence. The aim of the development is to enable the young people who live in and from the settlement and who want to settle there to be able to live with the living opportunities in the settlement and to establish existential and family on the ground. Call 3.1.1.1. As set out in the point of mandatory self-eligible activities, we intend to: 1. Refurbishment and refurbishment of properties belonging to the applicant or consortium partner for independent housing, for young individuals participating in the project, as well as for couples and families. Up to a maximum of 50 % of the aid amount. Provision of local services to support young people’s career planning, job acquisition skills (e.g. CV writing, interview preparation, job search opportunities, upskilling and reskilling opportunities). Up to a maximum of 10 % of the aid amount. 4. Develop and provide a knowledge transfer/local incentive system for the target group (up to the end of the project) to enable them to enter the local economy. Up to a maximum of 50 % of the aid amount. 6. Continue their own (documented) good practices to support young people’s stay, or adapt (documented) good practices in other municipalities. Up to a maximum of 20 % of the aid amount. Call 3.1.2. Ineligible activities: I. Project preparation II. Project management (A 3.4.1.1.) According to the technical-professional content of the project and its implementation) III. Mandatory information, publicity (according to Chapter 10 of the GTC) IV. Horizontal requirements (3.4.1.2) The applicant undertakes to employ 1 project manager and 1 financial manager, whose working time in the project reaches 20 hours per week, and who has an employment relationship with the institution involved in the development, a public servant, a public service, a work-related or other legal relationship, a higher education qualification and professional experience necessary for the performance of the task. The project promoter undertakes to employ a professional manager for the entire duration of the project, who has a higher degree degree and relevant professional experience, and is employed by the applicant in the context of an employment relationship, a civil servant or a public service relationship. The time spent on work in the project reaches 10 hours a week. The beneficiary shall comply with the environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project, preserve the protected natural and cultural values in the area affected by the project, and shall terminate the environmental damage existing or resulting from the investment and the non-compliance with the law in terms of equal opportunities at the latest at the time of implementation of the project. In public events, communication and behaviour related to development, the need for support is expressed as a sense of opportunity: it does not mediate segregation, reduces existing prejudices for groups. It is suitable and authorised to carry out activities for the purposes of the project on the basis of the constituent act or organisational and operational rules of the organisation applying for the grant. The organisation applying for funding shall have the professional experience, human resources and infrastructure conditions required to achieve the objectives of the call and an action plan to ensure these. The objectives of the project are in line with the policy environment and the specific objectives set out in the Call. The costs included in the budget plan have been described in detail and are technically justified and necessary to achieve the objectives. In the case of real estate development, the applicant undertakes to maintain the development created in its function for a period of 5 years from the completion of the project, on pain of repayment of the aid. Ensure that all properties developed/renovated under the project are inhabited by young people in the target group for at least 60 months. The number of young people participating in the project in the provision of local services to support career planning and in the development of job acquisition skills is above 120 % (48 people) than expected.
