This project is implemented in response to the need to improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in accordance with the complex needs, including health, of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age in inability to self-service.The unfavourable demographic trend and employment in the municipality of Ardino, related to the ageing of the population and the high unemployment rate (28 % for 2014), leads to an increase in the need for care for the elderly and the disabled. By its implementation will be complemented and upgraded operation “Home help” and the implemented project “Center for services in the home environment” and other measures financed under OPHRD 2007-2013, as well as procedures “New alternatives”, financed under OPHRD 2014-2020.The provision of the services will be carried out through the municipal enterprise “Centre for services in the home environment” (with Decision No 97/09.05.2012 of the Obsh-Ardino).The main activities consist of:ØProviding access to integrated services, according to the specific needs of disadvantaged persons, based on an individual assessment, through hourly provision of services for social inclusion;Ø Training of staff for the provision of services;ØProvision of psychological and motivational support and counselling to the users of the services, according to their individuality and staff providing services; ØActivities for organisation and management;ØPemont of the building and premises of "Centre for services in the home environment, supply of materials and consumables, provision of specialised transport and information and publicity.
