The present project under Operational Programme “Human Resources Development”, procedure BG05M90P001-2.004 “Services for early childhood development” aims at preventing social exclusion, reducing child poverty and providing integrated social services for early childhood development. Support and sustainable development for the activities of the Social Inclusion Project (funded by Loan 7612 BG by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development 2008-2015) services aimed at children from 0 to 7 years of age from vulnerable groups including children with disabilities, their families and future parents. The project will contribute to the implementation of a number of strategic documents:- National Strategy “Vision for Deinstitutionalisation of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria” and Action Plan for its implementation;- National Strategy for Poverty Reduction and Promotion of Social Inclusion 2020;- National Strategy for the Child 2008-2020;- National Health Strategy 2014-2020. There will be a certain contribution to ensuring conditions for effective exercise of rights and improvement of the quality of life of children as a condition for their free and full personal development. The procedure will provide support to early childhood children and their families to improve access to health care, formation of parental skills, improvement of the family environment, enhancement of the quality of life of children as a condition for their free and full personal development.
