The present project under OP “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, project selection procedure BG05M9OP001-2.010 “Development of Social Entrepreneurship” aims to facilitate access to employment and provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the field of social economy in the municipality of Ardino, Kardzhali district. The activities of the project are aimed at expanding the existing municipal enterprise “Centre for Home Services” in Ardino Municipality to provide employment by:- Psychological support and motivating people from vulnerable groups for inclusion and employment; — Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social policy sector;- Equipment of newly created jobs in the building, representing municipal property, provided for the needs of the project in Ardino;- Support for employment in a period of 12 months;- Studying the demand and opportunities for market realisation of the manufactured goods and services provided;- Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship; The project proposal is aimed at people with disabilities and people with disabilities on the labour market and other socially excluded persons on the territory of Ardino municipality. Through the social economy and social entrepreneurship, some of the existing acute problems related to unemployment and employment of vulnerable groups in the municipality will be addressed. The implementation of the project will contribute to the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Social Services in Ardino Municipality 2016-2020, adopted by Decision No 172/26.10.2016.
