This project of OP “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, procedure within the framework of the Community-led Local Development Strategy of NGO Ardino-Jebel LAG, in connection with Priority Axis 2: Reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion, investment priority 3, title of procedure BG05M9OP001-2.020 — “Care at home in the territory of Ardino — Djebel LAG” contributes actively to the implementation of two of the objectives of the EU 2020 strategy. These are the objectives in the field of employment and the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The community-led local development (CLLD) approach through OP HRD supports the increase of employment and the mobilisation of the local potential available for growth and improvement of the quality of life of the population in the territories covered. Measures are foreseen to improve access to social services and to assist older people over 65 years of age in self-service and persons with disabilities.The project activities are aimed at expanding the scope of the existing municipal enterprise “Home Services Centre” as well as the social services provided under Art. 36 PLAA, namely:- Provision of the territory of the municipality to the present time of service (provision of social assistants in the mobile environment); — Support for employment creation;- Advisory services for prevention and healthy lifestyles. Assistance for access to health services, rehabilitation and labor therapy;- Training and supervision of staff.- Compliance with the requirements for implementation of information and communication activities, according to the Beneficiary’s Single Manual for the application of the rules for information and communication 2014-2020. The provision of mobile social services in the home environment will be carried out in accordance with the Methodology for providing the service “Social Assistant”, approved by the Executive Director of the Agency for Social Assistance.
