This project under the CLLD Strategy of LAG Ardino-Djebel LAG through project selection procedure NoBG05M9OP001-1.029 “Training and employment on the territory of Ardino-Jebel LAG” contributes to the implementation of two of the objectives of the EU 2020 strategy. These are the objectives in the field of employment and the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The CLLD approach through OP HRD helps to increase employment and mobilise the available local growth potential and improve the quality of life of the population in the territories covered.The measures for training and provision of subsidised employment of unemployed people with a commitment to maintain the workplace after the subsidised period are foreseen.The main activities consist of: •Providing training for acquiring knowledge and skills for professional qualification; •Providing employment/employment/after vocational training.The project proposal is aimed at unemployed persons in disadvantaged situations on the territory of Art. Through the implementation of the envisaged activities, some of the existing acute problems related to the unemployment and employment of vulnerable groups in the municipality will be solved. The project will make it easier to recruit unemployed people who will gain a new chance of employment, new professional knowledge and skills, as well as the acquisition of professional qualifications. The valuable work experience gained and the employability of the unemployed covered will help them to become more successful in the labour market in the long term.
