The project and project activities are aimed at the renovation of multi-family residential buildings on the territory of the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and aims to ensure better living conditions for residents in multi-family residential buildings, thermal comfort and higher quality of the living environment through the implementation of energy efficiency measures. Project proposal will contribute to the sustainable development of Blagoevgrad and its adjacent territories by investing and ensuring a high level of energy efficiency in multi-apartment buildings. Modernising residential buildings through the introduction of energy efficiency measures will improve the microclimate and thus living conditions, thereby increasing the quality of life. After the activities have been carried out, individual harmful CO2 emissions into the environment are expected to decrease. Overall, in the long term, there will be a positive impact on the overall environment fund.
