The present procedure for the direct award of grants BG05M90PO001-2.002 NEVAL LIFE aims to improve the quality of life and access to social inclusion services in response to the complex needs, including health, of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of inability to self-service in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. The “Right to Independent Living” project aims to improve the quality of life of older people in the municipality of Borovan and to provide support to persons/children with disabilities by creating conditions for supporting and exercising their right to independent life and social inclusion, respect for their rights, taking into account their individual needs and according to their capabilities. The provision of an integrated social service will enable people over 65 with limited self-service opportunities and persons/children with disabilities to receive support through comprehensive actions and long-term care provision, including social, community-based or home-based health services. Enable carers of relatives with disabilities to return to the real labour market. A first-of-a-kind center for the provision of hourly service provision in the Municipality of Borovan will be established to lay the foundations for the provision of integrated services for people over 65 years old with the inability to self-service, will help persons/children with disabilities to obtain the necessary support in the community, will provide employment for unemployed people. Through the implementation of the operation, integrated services will be provided to the target group, combining comprehensive actions to provide long-term care, including social and health services in the community or in the home environment. This will provide employment for unemployed people of working age and, on the other hand, enable people with disabilities to use different services according to their needs.
