The municipalities of the RSPO-region Burgas are faced with challenges related to the achievement of the objectives set out in Article 31 of the ZUO. The development of the PIP found that the municipalities of Burgas, Nessebar and Pomorie made the biggest contribution to the generation of bio-oragradable waste in the region. This project proposal proposes an integrated approach to waste management and implements higher-ranking measures in the waste management hierarchy. The method chosen is dry methanisation and the planned installation contains the following elements: —Anaerobic installation with a capacity of 30 652 t/year, consisting of 8 bioreactors, biogas system, percolator system, gas storage and systems to them, as well as mobile equipment — 2 front loaders.- Installation for composting — 6 tunnels for composting the digestate, tromel screen and systems to them. — Cogeneration system for the production of electricity and heat from biogas. — Accompanying infrastructure — bringing the road 370 m. (trotoar, lighting), plumbing-149 m. and household sewerage-111 m., rainy-85 m., as well as an average voltage cable of 231 m. — A common system for RSBRN is planned, which includes 10 waste collection equipment and vessels for RSBR: for the Municipality of Burgas for green ex. — 1700 pcs. x240 l. and for food rep. 6580 x 120 l, for the Municipality of Nessebar — 559 pcs. x 240 litres and 939 pcs x 120 l, for the Municipality of Pomorie-423 pcs. x240 l and 1114 pcs. x 120 l. For the provision of operational and administrative services a household administrative building with a workshop, laboratory and garage for the collection equipment is foreseen. At the entrance to the site there will be a reception room with scales and a barrier. The partner municipalities will jointly entrust to a third party the operation of the plant and facilities built and the system for the collection of separately collected waste in the three municipalities, in accordance with the partnership agreement.
