The project proposal responds to the need for continuation of the established and successful model of providing comprehensive services for social inclusion of the target community and poverty reduction. The implementation of the project will allow the creation of a quality, effective and sustainable environment for support of children from 0 to 7 years old, which helps them to develop freely and fully. Through investments in early childhood development and the formation of parental skills among vulnerable groups of parents, the project will ensure prevention of social exclusion, help overcome isolation and improve quality of life. The project targets four target groups — families with children from 0 to 7 years, including disabled children, children at risk from 0 to 7 years old, parents of these children, children from 0 to 7 years old, including with disabilities, accommodated in specialised institutions and their families. The objectives of the project are related to providing integrated social services for children and their families, oriented to the individual needs of the target groups and improving the municipal policy for providing social services. As a result of the implementation of the project, appropriate conditions are expected to be provided to limit intergenerational transmission of poverty in the municipality of Byala Slatina. The main activities of the project related to the provision of complex services are:- Provision of early intervention services to children with disabilities;- Supporting families for early development of children; — Prevention and prevention of children’s diseases;- Motivation and preparation for equal start in school;- Management and operation of services. Besides them, for the successful and effective implementation of the project, as well as for dissemination of the results, the following activities are foreseen:- Organisation and project management;- Information and publicity.
