This project proposal aims to provide children and young people with disabilities and their families with the right and access to quality care and social services in the community according to their individual needs. The new social service is fully in line with the requirements set out in the Guidelines and the National Strategy “Vision for deinstitutionalisation of children in the Republic of Bulgaria”.The Day Care Centre will provide a complex of community activities and care for children and young people with responsibility for children and young people, which will provide conditions for their service during the day, meeting their needs. The use of the social service will provide parents of children and young people with professional support for children and young people, who will be actively involved in the care of the children and their children, who are also provided with a young person’s goal. They are also provided with a young person, who will be provided with a young person’s life, who are also provided with a young person’s goal. They are also provided with a young person’s goal and services that will be provided to the children and young people, who are also provided with a young person’s goal. They are also provided with a classroom for children and young people who will be able to take care of their children. In addition to the children and young people, the implementation of the project will benefit the staff who will provide support to children and families. The objectives of the project are related to the provision of a new type of social service for children and young people with disabilities and quality care in the community, based on the needs of each child and youth. In the implementation of the project the following results are expected to be achieved:-created a new type of social service to support children and young people with disabilities in the community — ensuring the right of children and young people to a family environment and access to quality care and services according to their needs. The main activities that will be implemented in the course of the implementation of this project are: 1.Selection and hiring of staff2.Provision of the new social service for children and young people and their families3.Purchase of tangible assets — special means of transport and additional equipment
