The project proposal provides for the construction of a “Crisis Center for persons” with a total capacity of 30 persons (places), located in two passive house-type buildings, as well as the development of the adjacent yards “Crisis Center” is a complex of social services for victims of violence, trafficking or other forms of exploitation, which are provided for a period of up to 6 months and are aimed at providing individual support, meeting daily needs and legal advice to users or socio-psychological assistance when immediate intervention is required, including through mobile crisis intervention teams. With the provision of the social service “Crisis Center” the following main activities will be realised: crisis intervention, individual support, improvement or formation of skills for social inclusion, individual and group work for integration of individuals into the labour market and active inclusion in public life. Due to the deployment of the Crisis Centre for persons in two buildings within UPI X and UPI XII, Buzludzha residential complex, Dragan Tsonchev Str., they will architecturally look similar and will be separated as separate buildings (type of passive house) and spaces independent from each other. The buildings will correspond to the urban architecture and harmonise the environment in the area.The organisation of the space of the two crisis centres includes the following premises: reception room; bedrooms; sanitary facilities; living room, kitchenette and dining area; therapy rooms; office and sanitary room for staff; medical office and insulator; storage and washing room; it’s a garage. Provision is made for equipment and furnishings that meet the regulatory requirements and are suitable for the provision of the social service of the resident “Crisis Center”.
