Project “Budjet Lines FOR COMMUNITY VELINGRADE” is aimed at improving the administrative capacity of Velingrad Municipality as a beneficiary of Priority Axis 1 “Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development” of Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020. The activities foreseen for implementation in the project proposal are:- Update of financial management and control systems in order to implement and manage the investment programmes of 39 cities in relation to their functions under grant procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020”;- Implementation of Integrated Urban Recovery and Development Plans 2014-2020;- Implementation of Integrated Urban Recovery and Development Plans 2014-2020;- Implementation of Integrated Urban Recovery and Development Plans 2014-2020; — Remuneration of the teams of the Intermediate Units for the implementation of procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 ‘Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020; — Recruitment of external evaluators and assistant assessors for the evaluation of project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039’Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020;- Participation in programmes for exchange of experience and good practices (trainings, seminars, etc.);- Publicity and visualisation; Through the implementation of the project “Budjet Lines FOR COMMUNITY VELINGRADE” will be financed the costs necessary for the management and implementation of the investment programme of the town of Velingrad for the period up to 2023 and the functions of the established intermediate body under Priority Axis 1 “Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development” of Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020.
