This project proposal aims at improving the quality of the educational services offered in the Half Day kindergarten at Sofia University "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius" by extending and renewing the facilities of the educational establishment. It is planned to increase the capacity of the educational institution from 26 to 78 children by carrying out construction works for reconstruction of the kindergarten consisting of the construction and/or upgrading of the existing building with two more floors. The school’s backyard will be renovated. An accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities will be built.In the scope of the project will be carried out engineering activities — design, author’s supervision and execution of the construction. It will be purchased, delivered and installed necessary for the reconstructed and renovated equipment and furnishings. The project will carry out activities to assess the compliance of investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works and to carry out construction supervision during construction, an information communication campaign to promote the project and the sources of financing, as well as carrying out an independent financial audit.
