The project proposal provides for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in 9/nine/multi-family residential buildings on the territory of the town of Velingrad and covers: 1. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 484 Pioneerska Str. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 25 Han Asparuh Blvd. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 226 Krivolak Str. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 6A7 Patriarch Evtimii Str. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 18 Vlado Chernozemski Str. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 29 Vlado Chernozemski Str. Multi-family residential building with address: Velingrad, 3Vlado Chernozemski Str. In the process of implementation of the project activities, it is envisaged that full investment projects for all buildings will be prepared through engineering, on the basis of which construction works will be carried out including: ● implementation of all energy-saving measures prescribed as mandatory for buildings in the energy efficiency audit and leading to at least energy consumption class “C”; ● implementation of structural restoration/improvement measures, if prescribed, as mandatory in the technical audit of buildings ● implementation of measures related to improving access for persons with disabilities.The project proposal also sets out activities to assess the compliance of investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works and exercise construction supervision during construction, an information communication campaign to promote the project and sources of financing, as well as carrying out an independent financial audit.
