Vratsa’s investment program includes a project that is related to the reconstruction, repair and implementation of energy efficiency measures for administrative buildings. The project activities are aimed at the renovation and renovation of the administrative building of the Municipality of Vratsa, aiming through the implementation of energy efficiency measures and accompanying construction and renovation activities to modernise the building stock and to create a welcoming and efficient environment for the work of the municipal administration. As a result of the planned project activities, it is planned to reach the energy consumption class “B” for the building. The project will improve the competitiveness of the city by improving the conditions for providing administrative services to citizens, including business representatives. The implementation of the project activities will bring the administrative building of the Municipality of Vratsa and the Concert Hall (the Representation Hall) into line with the requirements of the technical passport and the energy audit, in compliance with the requirements of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. The implementation of the project will lead to higher energy efficiency, directly contribute to the reduction of final energy consumption in the public building, as well as improve the mobility of people with disabilities, and indirectly contribute to reducing greenhouse gases. The implementation of the project will contribute to achieving the national energy efficiency target of 25 % higher energy efficiency by 2020 and indirectly reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.
