The main objective of the project is to create and implement a sustainable model for deinstitutionalisation of care for people with disabilities through the provision of quality, accessible and sustainable long-term care services, tailored to the individual needs of the people in Vratsa Municipality. The target groups are:1. 45 adults (adults), mental disorders and/or intellectual difficulties, accommodated in specialised institutions or the BDB and their families; 2. Elderly people over 65 years old with restrictions or inability to self-service are 15 pcs.3. 56 employees of social and health service providers who will be assigned to 4 centers for the provision of social services.The implementation of the project will ensure the provision of new services in the community on the territory of the Municipality of Vratsa, for which the appropriate infrastructure has been built with funds from the OPRD. The implementation of the project will continue 16 m, and will be implemented activities related to preparation, procurement, selection, recruitment and training of personnel and development of internal rules, provision of services. The provision of the services will be implemented for a period of 12 m. and will meet the needs of 60 users. The project will provide support to the target groups by opening 4 social services of resident type-Centre for mental retardation with capacity of 15 seats, Center for Care for Persons with Mental Disorders 2 units with a total capacity of 30 seats and Centre for care for elderly people in a capacity of 15 places, in the territory of Vratsa Municipality.The demand that will be satisfied through the realisation of the project is the target groups to receive accompanying social services in the community. The expected results are related to the extension of the social services to the municipality, with the extension of the social services to the municipality. The target groups will be satisfied by the implementation of the project.
