The project “Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive persons from Varbica” includes activities to motivate active behaviour on the labour market and provide vocational training and training on key competences, as well as employment of 5 economically inactive people outside education and training, including discouraged jobseekers, unemployed persons and disadvantaged groups in the labour market of age groups: unemployed young people up to 29, unemployed/inactive from 30 to 54 years and unemployed/inactive over 54. Low education and lack of qualification, professional realisation and motivation to enter the labour market form this group. All this makes them unattractive and unwilling to hire employers. It aims to support those in need of social and employment support, thereby improving the quality of life of the population. The project will provide motivational training, training for the acquisition of a profession of landscaping worker and training on key competences. After successful completion of the trainings, 5 persons in the position of “Worker, Landscaping” will be employed for 6 months. The accumulated experience during these months will facilitate easier integration into the labour market. As a result of the implementation of the project, conditions for social inclusion through employment of the target group, including representatives of the Roma community, will be created.
