The main objective of the project is to prevent social exclusion through impact and investments in early childhood development. It will be achieved through the provision of comprehensive integrated social-health services aimed at improving early childhood care and building skills for good parenting. The target groups of the project are: families with children 0-7 years old, incl. with disabilities; children 0-7 years at risk and their families; children and adults at risk. The work with these groups of persons will be carried out through the implementation of the following main activities: building a Complex for Social Health Services for Children and Families; early intervention of disability; individual pedagogical support for children with disabilities; providing psychological support and counselling to future and current parents for the formation and development of parental skills; family counselling and support, including work with parents and children, family planning activities, individual work, including individual and group work with children and parents, including children and parents who are not from vulnerable groups, in order to attend kindergarten; support to provide child health counselling and disease prevention activities; additional pedagogical training to increase the school readiness of children for an equal start in school. The project will provide comprehensive support to vulnerable groups, addressing their specific needs in terms of: parental skills, overcoming development and training deficits, health and social skills and motivation for their development. The implementation of the described activities actually supports the persons from the target groups for their full and effective social inclusion.
