The general objective of this project proposal is to build infrastructure to enable improved social inclusion of elderly and disabled people. The specific objectives to be achieved are:- providing conditions for the provision of quality social services in the adult and disabled community;- creating the opportunity to provide two new social services aimed at the elderly and people with disabilities.To achieve the stated objectives, the project provides a set of measures basically infrastructure, which will be implemented in a period of 24 months and include 5 main activities:-Reconstructing part of a social care complex to provide two new social services — Supply and installation of equipment and furniture — Separating and developing a yard space and providing access for people with disabilities and providing access for people with disabilities-Information and communication- Project management as a result of the implementation of the project as a result of the implementation of two new social services — Delivery and installation of equipment and furniture — Separating and developing a yard space and providing access for people with disabilities-Information and communication- Management of the project as a result of the implementation of the project will be supported by the implementation of the project.
