The project "Development of cultural infrastructure in the municipality of Gabrovo through renewal and modernisation of the House of Culture "Emanuil Manolov" is a complex of activities planned in accordance with the identified needs for sustainable development of the cultural infrastructure in Gabrovo, in line with the approved Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of the Municipality of Gabrovo, the Municipal Development Plan of Gabrovo Municipality 2014-2020, the Culture Development Strategy (2014-2024), as well as with the objectives of the current grant award procedure. Within the project are planned measures related to the renovation and overall modernisation of the House of Culture “Emanuil Manolov”, through activities involving major renovation and reconstruction of the building and the surrounding area, as well as the supply of the necessary equipment.Due to the main reconstruction of the building and in particular the halls, which will be most modernly equipped to conduct various cultural events, a significant increase in the events that will take place on the scenes of the House is expected.The following activities are planned: Action 1: Development of the cultural infrastructure in the municipality of Gabrovo through overhaul and reconstruction of the House of Culture “Emanuil Manolov”, including the introduction of energy-saving measures and improvement of access for people with disabilities as part of the remaining construction and installation works, as well as supply of the necessary equipmentAction 1.1.: Construction works at Emanuil Manolov House of Culture Subactivity 1.2.: Supply of equipment as part of the overall modernisation of the building and leading to improvement of the quality of the service providedSub-activity 1.3.: Performing author’s supervision Sub-Action 1.4.: Implementation of construction supervisionAction 2.
