The following needs of:1 will be addressed. Acquisition of professional qualifications of inactive persons and persons with disabilities distant from the labour market; 2. Provision of integrated health and social services, in line with the growing local demand, aimed at elderly and disabled people in the municipality of General Toshevo;The target groups: — People with disabilities and their families;- Adults at risk.General to career development, building appropriate capacity and creating a bank of trained persons, promoting labour market participation and restoring employment of the targeted persons. Establishment of a unit for the provision of integrated hourly health-social services in the home environment, adapted to the basic needs of users and oriented towards the prevention of loneliness and social exclusion for people at risk.Specific objectives: Improving the quality of life and opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and older people in General Toshevo Municipality, by ensuring equal opportunities for access to health and social services and overcoming the consequences of their social exclusion and poverty. Results: Acquired professional qualification of 18 persons; Established unit for integrated health and social services with capacity 40 new jobs created. Integrated health-social services provided in the home environment to 40 users. Improved quality of life for older people and persons with disabilities. Technical provision of services in a home environment.Activities: Training for acquiring part of a profession. Supervision of personnel.
