The project aims at acquiring and increasing the level of knowledge and creating the right skills of the target groups — unemployed people aged 30 to 54, oriented to the specific demand of the local labour market and the needs of employers for a workforce with certain characteristics. Investments are aimed at achieving long-term participation and effective employment effects by providing training funds for 30 targeted unemployed and employing 20 of them;
