This project proposal has the general objective of: Social inclusion and social service needs of the most vulnerable community, better living conditions for all residents of the city and municipality and development of social services. The project has the following specific objectives:- To meet the need of 15 vulnerable persons from the social service in the resident community — Crisis Center;- To provide adequate municipal infrastructure for the provision of social service in the resident community — Crisis Centre — for 15 victims of violence.The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of several main activities: reconstruction of a building to create a crisis centre for victims of violence; Exercise of author’s and construction supervision; Delivery and installation of equipment and furniture. The main result after the project will be equipped and furnished a crisis center with a capacity of 15 persons. The project proposal has a duration of 30 months. The team responsible for the implementation of the project consists of a manager, an investment control specialist, a public procurement specialist, a technical assistant and an accountant. Information on the project and donor will be disseminated to the general public.
