The project is part of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of the Municipality of Dobrich and is included in the list of indicative main sites of the Agreement for the implementation of the Investment Programme under the grant award procedure, part of the procedure “Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020” under OPRG 2014-2020. The project proposal provides for the renovation of the Dobrich Hall — a visual hall with 534 seats and the corresponding adjacent lobbies, make-up, rehearsal, working and service rooms, in order to encourage participation in the cultural life of citizens as a factor for social cohesion and integration of those members of society who are vulnerable and disadvantaged. During the implementation of the project, construction works will be carried out for renovation and renovation of the hall, implementation of energy efficiency measures, improvement of accessibility for people with disabilities. For the exact implementation of the investment project will be carried out author’s and construction material. Equipment and furnishings will be purchased, as well as sound equipment needed for cultural events. Information and communication activities are planned to inform the public about the objectives and activities of the project, as well as the contribution of the ESIF to its implementation, and for the correct and timely implementation a project management activity is planned.
