The project proposal covers an area that is a natural extension of the city’s central pedestrian zone and represents a representative architectural ensemble that combines many ideas of modernism from the first half of the twentieth century, decided in the aesthetics of neoclassicism. The subject of intervention is an element of the 27 Cultural route of the Council of Europe — ATRIUM. The project development includes the implementation of the following activities: (1) Machine laying of solid asphalt concrete with a thickness of 6 cm layer on existing alleys — 50 000.00 m²; (2) Performance of flooring of vibropressed pavers of entrance space — 1 800.00 m²; (3) Construction of a children’s playground for children up to 3 years old (combined children’s complex, double swing, two tunnels for running, two shanks, two entertaining vertical panels, sandstone); (4) Construction of a children’s playground for children from 3 to 18 years old (combined children’s complex, double swing, two carousels, two parallel swings, two entertaining vertical panels, triple basketball basket, climbing frame); (5) Construction of a playground for children from 12 to 18 years old (fitness equipment outdoors, two double swings, parallel swing); (6) Building an adventurous corner; (7) Extension of skateboarding site; (8) Construction of the rotunda, designed as a natural finish of the central axis of the alley network — a suitable place for rest after the long walk and creating conditions for conversations and enjoyment of the pleasant view of the river and the opposite hilly bank; (9) Construction of park LED lighting of the entire alley network; (10) Delivery and installation of 197 pcs. benches with backrests.
