The project maintains the existing planning scheme and functional linkage of the premises. The following construction works are proposed: 1.A comprehensive repair of the existing theater salon will be carried out.2. The repair of the existing stage includes a complete replacement of the existing wooden floor, cleaning the pockets of the stage, replacing the stage clothing.3. The project will provide access and residence conditions for viewers with problems in the musculoskeletal system. 4. The function of the central lounge is restored and a new floor covering is envisaged. 5. The old position of the wardrobe is restored, removing the existing room for the soundbuilder. 6.The project retains the existing frescoes in the semicircular niches to the side corridors, as the beams between them are formed with gypsum profiles.7.The lobby of the second floor is fully repaired. 8.The project provides for the interior wooden doors in the lobby and to the hall and balcony, as well as between the lobbies to be replaced with new ones — executed in detail taken from the existing samples and treated with dark stains as the originals.10. A complete replacement of the existing electrical installation is planned, replacement of the stage lighting. All lighting fixtures will be with energy-saving bulbs.11. A complete replacement of the building heating system and heating fixtures.12.The project provides for a complete replacement of the water supply and sewerage systems. 13. A fire alarm system will be built in all rooms and fire-extinguishing installation/dry curtain/on stage.14. A system for video surveillance and announcement installation will be built.
